Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration, E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), Adult Learning Theory, Curriculum Development, Multimedia Development (audio, video, graphics), Project Management, Content Writing and Editing, User Experience (UX) Design for Learning, Data Analysis for Learning Effectiveness Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred., 3+ years of professional experience in instructional design and developing online learning content., Proven ability to design and develop engaging learning experiences across various modalities (e-learning, blended learning, microlearning)., Strong portfolio demonstrating successful instructional design projects and learning solutions., Proficiency with at least one major e-learning authoring tool (e.g., Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Captivate)., Experience working with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, Cornerstone)., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment., Strong analytical skills to assess learning needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
