Skills: Financial Modeling, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Budgeting and Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial Reporting, Data Visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field., 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance., Proven ability to build, maintain, and present complex financial models., Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly., Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., CFA or MBA designation is a plus.
